Shipping

Most orders ship within a few business days. Custom orders take longer. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Returns

Standard (non-custom) orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition with original packaging (box, foam, and spunbond bag).

To start a return, email support@modboxusa.com. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the return must be shipped within 21 days of receiving your item.

Shipping costs are not refundable. This applies to outbound shipping (even when discounted or paid by modbox) and to return shipping. If modbox receives the item damaged or in materially different condition than originally shipped, the refund may be reduced by a restocking fee.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For damage discovered after delivery, take photos of the item and packaging right away and email support@modboxusa.com so we can file a carrier claim. If you received the wrong or a defective item, contact us and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
