Refund policy

If you changed your mind or are less than 100% satisfied...

In general, if you changed your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage, defects, or errors in processing, modbox will process a return contingent upon the following. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Original packaging includes the box, foam, and spunbond bag used in shipping. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions, and the return must be shipped within 21 days of receiving the item.

Shipping costs are not refundable. This applies to outbound shipping (even when discounted or paid by modbox) and to return shipping. If modbox receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, the refund may be reduced by a restocking fee up to 50% of the item's price. Credit card orders will receive refunds to their credit card or via a check. Orders paid by PayPal will receive funds from PayPal.

Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Purchase

If you received an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact modbox immediately. If damage is visible, refuse delivery from the carrier. For damages concealed at the time of delivery, promptly take photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. Photos are needed so that modbox can make a claim with the shipping company. If the item(s) sent was incorrect or defective, please contact modbox immediately and replacement item(s) will be sent at no additional cost.
