These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the modboxUSA website (modboxusa.com) and the purchase of products from modbox. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

modboxUSA sells residential mailboxes and accessories. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Products & Customization

Many modbox products are available in custom color combinations selected at the time of purchase. Custom orders are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Standard (non-custom) orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition.

3. Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. modboxUSA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on modboxusa.com — including product designs, images, copy, and branding — is the property of modboxUSA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

modboxUSA's liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, NC.

8. Accounting Integration (Internal Use)

This section applies to the modbox Accounting Integration, an internal application used exclusively by authorized modboxUSA personnel to connect modboxUSA's accounting systems via the QuickBooks Online API.

Privacy & Data Handling
The Accounting Integration accesses QuickBooks Online data — including transactions, vendors, accounts, and financial reports — solely for internal bookkeeping and accounting purposes. This data is not sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party. No accounting data is stored beyond the active session. Credentials are stored locally in a secured environment accessible only to authorized modboxUSA personnel.

Authorized Use
The Accounting Integration is not a public-facing application. Access is restricted to authorized owners and employees of modboxUSA. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
